This assessment research was conducted with the purpose to reviewing Japan's overall policy on assistance to Viet Nam, including the National Support Policy to Vietnam, 2004 and 2009; Draw lessons learned from this assessment to make recommendations for further reference in planning and implementation of Japan Government’s Vietnam support policy in the future which are more efficiency and performance. The assessment results were widely published to ensure accountability.
